Whis forbids Goku to confuse Ultra Instinct as a kind of transformation. No matter what form Goku is in, his body should be able to react automatically if he keeps his heart calm and contemplative.

This type of strategic training can help him reach a whole new level of instant reflex and solve the problem of stamina depletion after reaching a time limit.

In the meantime, Vegeta is not far from Goku to earn the title of "Strongest Mortal in Universe 7". Thanks to Beerus' guidance, he learned to use the Hakaishin's signature train.

The two legendary Saiyans' recent power upgrades have caused a drift among the fan base in terms of their differing opinions on who is the strongest.

1. Can Goku take his ultra instinct one step further?

As Whis explained, the main difference between an angel and Goku is that angels are always in the ultra instinct, while Goku has to resort to transformation to reach that level.

Even after the transformation, Goku's Ultra Instinct isn't even close to that of Whis or Grand Priest. So he learns to stick to Ultra Instinct in his normal form to get the hang of it.

That way, he doesn't have to worry about reaching the limits of his endurance. When he comes to the flashy transformation, he can always use it as a trump card.

2. Is Vegeta's Hakai stronger than Goku's Ultra Instinct?

Let's start by making it clear that Ultra Instinct is not all about brute force. Instead, it's mainly about how well your own body can react.

On the other hand, Vegeta's Hakai is more of a final move that pulverizes the opponent. The fact that Beerus gave him a Hakaishin ear confirms that Vegeta more or less mastered the signature move.

If we think simply, Angels technique should be superior to the signature move of the Gods of Destruction, since Angels are stronger than the Hakaishins.

Vegeta, on the other hand, wins the game if we judge the two techniques by their explosive nature. However, as long as Goku has his old Kamehameha, he doesn't have to worry about one last move.

In short, the two techniques are completely different from each other, making them difficult to compare. But since Goku has been practicing Ultra Instinct for a long time, he should have the upper hand.

For years we fans have seen Goku consistently outperform Vegeta. Will the story be different this time? Can Vegeta finally achieve the title of strongest with his newly discovered Hakaishin power? We have to wait for their fight withGranolah to find out.
