3. Order complete?

You can order from us risk-free - Domestic shipping is mainly carried out with the shipping service providers DHL and DPD. Only in exceptional cases are shipments sent as letters by the shipping service provider POST.
For international shipments, the shipping service providers DHL and DPD are mainly used.

6. Fastest delivery - information on delivery time

All items in stock can be delivered immediately from stock!
For all domestic customers, the delivery time is 1-2 days after receipt of payment (cash on delivery payments are sent immediately!), Unless a different delivery time is explicitly stated on the item! In this case, the delivery time indicated on the article is decisive!
For all foreign orders, there are country-specific slightly longer transaction and delivery times, which are approx. 1-3 days longer.

Duration of storage

As the end user, you are obliged to return batteries that are waste to a distributor or to collection points set up for this purpose by the public waste disposal authorities. Disposal in household waste is strictly prohibited. Old batteries or accumulators can be disposed of free of charge either by handing them over to a municipal collection point or by returning them to local shops. Batteries received from us can also be returned free of charge after use at the following address or sent back to us by post with sufficient postage.

Batteries that contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed out wheelie bin, similar to the symbol in the illustration below.
The crossed-out garbage can means: Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste.

The chemical name of the pollutant may be located near the garbage can symbol:

  • Hg = battery contains mercury
  • Pb = battery contains lead.

Notes on the disposal of old devices and electronic scrap:

Since March 2006, according to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), old devices may no longer be disposed of with household waste. In addition to typical electrical appliances such as televisions, washing machines or refrigerators, this also applies to e.g. B. GPS devices, flashlights, and / or other old electrical equipment.
